WHAT
IS HEALTH AND WELLNESS?
Health
is a relative state in which we are able to function physically,
mentally socially and spiritually in order to express the full range
of our unique potential within our environment.
To
be healthy we have to look at ourselves holistically taking into
account a system of preventative care. We have to be responsible
for our well being. Factors that influence our health include the
environment, social activities, nutrition, exercise and mental status.
GOALS
Developing a more intimate relationship with God. Building a sound
body, mind and spirit through diet and exercise. Making health an
opening wedge to the gospel.
